By accessing or using the SENTINEL platform at joinsentinel.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
SENTINEL provides market intelligence, session awareness, execution environment monitoring, and trading analytics tools. The platform provides informational and educational content only. SENTINEL does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trade signals.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the subscription period.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. After the trial, your selected plan rate applies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period except as required by applicable law.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the SENTINEL platform. You may not share your account credentials. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
All content, algorithms, design, and infrastructure within the SENTINEL platform are the intellectual property of SENTINEL. No licence to copy or distribute is granted beyond personal use of the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of market data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENTINEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including any trading losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which SENTINEL operates, as applicable.
