SENTINEL ("we", "us", "our") is a trading intelligence platform operated at joinsentinel.io. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where applicable.
We collect information you provide when registering (name, email address), payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details), usage data including session activity and platform interactions, and Telegram account identifiers if you connect your account for alerts.
We use your data to provide and improve the SENTINEL platform, process your subscription payments via Stripe, send Telegram notifications and alerts you have configured, respond to support enquiries, and to analyse platform usage to improve performance and features.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential service providers: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, and Telegram for alert delivery. All processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and compliance purposes. Trade journal and analytics data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
