Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new SENTINEL subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. We recommend using the trial to evaluate whether the platform meets your needs before your first charge.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a billing period on standard cancellations.

3. Exceptional Refund Requests

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in circumstances such as: duplicate charges, technical issues preventing platform access for an extended period, or other exceptional circumstances. To submit a refund request, contact contact@joinsentinel.io within 7 days of the charge.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day trial period. If you cancel an annual subscription, access will continue until the subscription end date and no refund will be issued for the remaining months, except in exceptional circumstances reviewed at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at contact@joinsentinel.io to resolve any billing concerns promptly.
